This is definitely not what is displayed when they advertise it does not say anything about making it however they feel they should make it the way it's advertised there is no banner of engravement that goes around the entire Box they just did the top and that's exactly where I wanted to put my plaque. I do like this Urn very much, however, was sent the wrong one. I'm going to keep it, but the one I received looks more feminine to me. I had gotten it for my husbands ashes. Would recommend and would buy again. It fit the entire contents (however, I had removed some) and they are secure as there is a screw in the bottom to keep the sliding door closed.

Update: I am updating my review because of the amazing service I received from the seller. I contacted them, and within hours had received word that they would replace the box with my chosen one immediately, and just a day later it has already shipped! I am so impressed, and very grateful. I really want to lay my dad's ashes to rest properly. Thank you, Intaj!Not the design I picked out...wanted the design with a border on the edge & on the bottom, but got a (very nice) allover design across the entire box top. I'm bummed.I wanted to attach a metal plate in the center of the top, with the border around it. This is also more feminine looking than I wanted for my masculine Army SGM dad.But, it will do. Just, not what I had picked out.
