ANZO USA111040 Ford Explorer Crystal with Amber Corner Chrome Headlight Assembly - (Sold in Pairs)

I got these for my boyfriend for his birthday because he always talks about wanting to upgrade his explorer and make it look nicer.These definitely make the lights brighter at night compared to the stock lenses, and they look so nice on the car!They aren't hard to install, but the old ones are really hard to get off the car if you don't have the right tools.

These headlight assemblies are fairly decent. They look great on my explorer and have much better light output than the faded and yellowed stock ones.My only real gripe about them is cheap plastic clips they use. I ended up accidentally snapping the little "legs" off one during installation. Easily fixed as I used the ones from the original lights (thicker plastic and they are noticeably heavier).One of my signal lights on the passenger side can't be fully "locked"/twisted into the housing, as it won't fit with the bulb turned fully in.Besides the minor install problems, the lights only took 2.5 hours get in and look good/work good. Much better light while driving.

Ive replaced headlights in thw past that wouldn't bolt on right or felt cheap but these actually feel pretty solid for the price.

I just installed these last night, and here are my impressions:First, the good:1.) They look really nice, the lenses are clear, and they include the bulbs for the headlight portion (not the parking lights or turn signal lights).Now, the bad:1.) The adjustment hardware included on the headlight is GARBAGE. One part of the horizontal adjuster just snapped off as I installed it, and the gear housing on the vertical adjuster just FELL APART the minute I tried to adjust the lights up or down. Just worthless. I ended up having to re-use the vertical adjusters on the old headlights (MADE IN THE USA).2.) Fit and finish of the parking light/turn signal assembly - the driver's side assembly went in without too much fuss, and looks fine, but the passenger assembly had some issues. First, the guide pin below the turn signal was angled up and not straight as was required in order to make it seat correctly. I just removed it and moved on with my life.3.) Beam pattern - Once I finally DID get the things installed, the beam looks like crap. The reflectors in the body of the headlight do not form a cohesive beam, or even a smooth spread pattern like the stock headlights. Instead, there are dark spots all throughout the lighted area and while it's annoying, it is better than the stock headlights - BARELY. The saving grace for the actual performance of these headlights was that I sprung for the  SYLVANIA 9007 SilverStar Ultra High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulb, (Pack of 2)  bulbs.Bottom line: Avoid these and go with something else.

They look real good but the light out put is garbage and does not hold a Hotspot or anything they are all over the place even put good led bulbs in them and still no good this is the third set of bulbs I would not buy these if I knew this I tried to go buy reviews well I missed this one I regret the purchase

Headlights are awesome! I installed them and right away I noticed a difference in the quality of light compared to factory lights. Look great with my black grille and trim. Get compliments on them everywhere I go. Highly recommended for guys who love explorers and are looking for a modern and upgrade with good quality.

These headlights make our 1998 Ford Explorer look great! They aren't too different than the stock pair of headlights, they just look more modern. They are clear and clean and make for a good addition to our truck. This is what I was looking for so I give them 5 stars on looks.Installation wasn't the easiest. It did take time to install the lights and get them adjusted correctly. I would sugggest having someone who is familar with cars help you install them correctly. The instructions weren't extremely clear.The bad thing about these lights are the light flow out of the headlights is not perfect, it is un-even and doesn't provide the quality of light flow I imagined. It is still better than the older headlights, but I think a company could spend more time desgining a better reflector so light can flow evenly.Two months into the instalation of this product we used a high pressure washer on the headlights, bad idea! Water got in one of the headlights and started to fog the inside. It was a simple fix to reverse the process, I just simply took out the bulb and let it dry out over one warm saturday. I would suggest not to use HIGH PRESSURE while cleaning these lights, water will get into the bulb.Overall I like the look that this headlight gives. It works better than the stock lights and does provide a good amount of light. Just be careful with high pressure washing.

one of my best purchases for my truck my old headlamps you couldnt see much out of them but these ones shine all the way down the road on dim and they add a ton to my truck and make it look great, dont buy them though because iv never seen anyone else with them and i wanna stay the only one with them haha
