A tad small
I got my boyfriend a Medium, which is for sizes up to 34". He wears 32", which have become a little loose from losing weight/toning by doing BJJ. With that said, the Medium is just a tad small for him.

Its a beautiful belt love the fact i get to rep bjj even when im not in Gi. Im a 40 waist and it fit but wish there was an XL option instead of just medium or large

Simple belt.
It’s simple to use. But the metal had a little cut in it that was sharp that cut my hand. Must of been a error from the factory, but nothing a little tape could of sorted out. Apart from that it’s all good and if not for that it would of got 5 starts.
