An exceptional product.
I bought this product after much research on line. I watched a Rick Stein programme in which he used this and it is delicious. Grated over pasta it gives a depth of seasoning that salt alone can not produce. I highly recommend this product and will definitely buy it again.

Amazing surprise
I used to know only the Sardinian bottarga, what a surprise, this bottarga is a pearl from Norway. Taste and flavors are delicious, after grated it develops all its aromas.

I love this product it's considered a delicacy and is eaten as a garnish or a spread. This product is very healthy and full with protein and omega -3 fatty acids. I bought this roe and decorated deviled eggs with it. It was Delicious!I totally recommend this product and will buy it again!

Ho apprezzato queste uova soprattutto per la modesta quantità di sale percepibile, a differenza delle bottarghe di muggine che ho fino ad ora assaggiato. Il gusto delicato del prodotto permette con grande piacere di sentire la qualità delle uova, e quindi di consumarle da sole e non con accompagnamento. Sono nato e cresciuto nella baia di Ohotsk e amo i sapori autentici del pescato del nord. Il prodotto è eccezionale e lo consiglio. L'unico inconveniente che ne limita l'appagante consumo é il prezzo un po alto.

Too dry...
Ideal bottarga should be half dry and half wet. This is completely dry and overly salty. Not my taste. I will never order again.
