I moved to another State and this item is not carried in our new stores. This is the best GF flour blend I have ever found. The recipes in their website are all delicious as well. I can't live without it.

I bake quick breads and cakes with this flour. I continue to buy it because you can’t tell that this flour is gluten-free and the baked goods are delicious. It’s just like the real thing! My family can’t tell the difference either. Pricey but worth it!

I have a granddaughter with celiac so gluten free is a necessity. This was my first time using any gluten free flour and when I read it was made by a pastry chef with a daughter who has celiac I decided to try. I split a cookie recipe in half in case they didn't turn out. I was unable to tell the difference in a side by side taste test. The unbaked dough had the same texture and felt the same as the half I made with wheat flour. Cookies took the same cooking time and held together well after baking. Update 4/30/20: I've made additional cookies, Snickerdoodles this time, swapping the flour cup-to-cup and keeping the rest of my tried and true recipe the same, including oven temp and time, same as I did with the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies I made previously. I could tell a slight difference in texture, but the taste was the same. Both varieties of cookies held up well (I've heard from others that gluten free stuff has a tendency to fall apart.) Then it was on to my banana nut bread. Again I swapped cup-for-cup and it came out perfect and I'm no slouch at making banana nut bread. I have about 1/2 cup left from the two bags, so I will probably try it the next time I need to make a roux and see if it works as well there too.. I've stored the goodies in the freezer until I can get them to my granddaughter for her opinion, but this has Gramma's seal of approval.

I've never worked with rice flour in my life. there are no instructions. NO it does not transfer cup to cup in replacement of wheat flour. but, we are eating all my BRICK density creations and staying alive. cannot find any instructions how to actually bake with this on youtube which is too bad, this is a premium product. maybe by the end of this mess we're all in i'll have figured it out. thank you for the food, however. Tried twice. Two bags of four. First with a recipe online. Second with recipe from Extra White. Used for biscuits only. They were very dense. Could not get them to rise much at all. Other customers rate this flour high. Just rating it for the specific purpose of making biscuits. They get two stars for making something vegan and two stars for adding vegan on the container. May be entirely my fault and may try again.

I use King Arthus brand for my husband's gluten-free items, and it is so slose to regular flour, my kids don't realize it is gluten-free!!! It is a little more expensive, but on small items, we don't notice the difference.

This is a great cup for cup replacement flour!I also love the company and all their products. Safe for pretty much every allergen and produces predictable results which is just what I need as a busy mom. More expensive then some brands in the store but better quality!

The media could not be loaded.  This gluten-free flour is hands down my favorite! You use this flour in an easy 1:1 conversion in place of all purpose flour. The texture and flavor is always perfect! I use this flour all the time and I am never disappointed! Definitely recommend!
