It's not a traditional picnic basket but the upgrades in practicalities are worth what it lacks in wicker style. What fun is it to have a picnic in the wilderness if you have to drag a huge bulky basket just to have all your food get hot and gross anyway?This backpack holds a ton, it has good insulation, and is very comfortable backpack. The dishes are very sturdy while still being handsome and will stand up to the test of kids. We're very happy with this and even have used it on road trips too. Love it.

I purchased this as a dirty Santa gift for under $25. A female co-worker picked it and this gift was perfect for her active young family of four. It’s bigger than it looks, which is good for adding food and drinks. Give it a shot. Really great for the cost, actually even great if it was a higher cost. However, I hope the don’t raise the cost.

Cute and sturdy bag. Stitching looks great. Love the stainless steel dishes and utensils sure to even outlast the bag. Nice blanket thats easy to wipe off, if anythinh, it could be a little bigger. Plenty of room for food and stays nice and cool. Daughter loves it, do wish there were maybe a couple other colors to choose from.

I purchased these for my teachers as an end of the year gift; I was very impressed when one of them showed me the contents. This is a high-quality item; the plates are metal, which may sound like a turnoff, but when you consider they won't be blowing away during your picnic, it's genius! Everything was very good quality. My only complaint is the logo on the front; it's a little tacky.

This product was gifted as part of a picnic prize. It is beautiful, especially if you want a more upscale picnic. The stainless steel plates and flatware are sturdy but the cups could be a little bigger. Backpack had plenty of room for additional items

The media could not be loaded.  I like it. Nice sturdy pack, lined compartments for food and a clip-on beverage pack. All stainless steel dishes (much better than plastic). The blanket is a sturdy poly canvas (not fleece) is very large and packs up nicely.

I bought this product as a gift for my brother and his family since they hike all of the time. He immediately fell in love with this set the first time they went on a family hike together.
