This is a well constructed notebook that seems to be quite durable. I have only been using it for about a week, however I have had no concerns so far. The pages are tied into the binding, which at first concerned me but this has actually made holding the pages open and flat a lot easier.The cover is a sturdy fake leather feel and is small enough to fit into my pocket. I really like the elastic that keeps it closed and there is a small compartment in the back that can hold a few 3x5 index cards.Overall, this is a great little notebook and to get two for this low price was a great deal.

05 February 2021: I ordered another pack of two in January, but didn't get around to opening them until today. The stitching has improved, as you can see in the fifth photo. There are 72 sheets, which is great! Now if only the pen loop was centered, they'd be perfect. I still am upping the stars to 5 because other than that, I'm really pleased with the notebooks.14 December 2020: I've finally used up the first notebook and started on the second. I still dislike the pen loop, but the overall quality of these notebooks is outstanding. I wish I could give another half star for that, but I don't want to give 5 stars because of the pen loop. I did notice that the listing now says there are 64 sheets, which is disappointing. While that's not a big reduction in number of sheets, I would prefer to see more sheets rather than fewer. I would buy these again, even if the sheet count is reduced.11 October 2020: I've been using the first one daily for a couple of weeks. The location of the pen loop is something I really don't like. I ended up adding a flat ponytail band to hold the floppy end of my pen to the notebook. I may end up adding a pen loop at the bottom of the notebook to reduce the irritation of having to keep track of the hairband every time I use the notebook, which is multiple times a day.I really like the paper quality. So far, the fact that the stitching doesn't extend the entire length of the spine is noticeable, but it doesn't appear to be affecting the functionality of the notebook too much. It is something of an aesthetic nuisance, though.28 September 2020: I purchased these for daily to-dos. I like the paper thickness (.0055" thick) and the smoothness of the paper. I use a fountain pen, and there is no bleed-through.I really like that there are 72 sheets/144 pages, giving me 70 days' worth of logging capability using a 2-page spread, and neglecting the first and last pages.I'm unsure about the pen loop location. I will have to try this out for a while to see whether the positioning toward the top is something I will like, or not. I do like that it is stitched onto the cover, and not just glued.The one thing that concerns me is that although the sheets are sewn in (a big plus), the stitching is minimal and does not go to the top or the bottom of the pages. I first noticed this when I was setting up my grid for the first couple of weeks. The paper is capable of being lifted from the top or bottom. In the first notebook, the stitching was not centered top to bottom, but in the second it was. I don't know, at the moment, how this will affect the sturdiness or durability of these notebooks. I don't think the stitch length is anything to be concerned about, but the fact that the stitches start and end so far from the top and bottom edges of the page does worry me a bit. We'll see how it works out!

These are perfect! Great for the price.

I LOVED the quality of the cover. Looks and feels expensive. The notebook paper itself is very impressive, nice and heavy even though it would be appear to be regular school notebook paper. I would approximate it to be 3 times as heavy. The size is perfect for any purse, bag or pocket. It also has a loop for a pen (not included). Overall, I find it useful given the right circumstances.There were a couple of things that weren't too pleasing to me. One, the packaging seems redundant. The two notebooks came in a cellophane porch, which was appropriate. But inside the pouch each notebook was individually shrink-wrapped. Why? It seems to be totally unnecessary. A total waste of material, resources and manpower. This happened again with the warranty card. (Their label) It was tucked into what appear to be a hastily glued pocket on the inside of the back cover. This appeared to be a last-minute addition that was absolutely not needed. The warranty card should have simply been slipped inside the front cover rather than degrading the appearance of the quality of the notebook.In all, I liked the notebook and would recommend it to anyone looking for such a product . Get rid of the shrink-wrap, eliminate the warranty pocket, maybe add a pen and provide for different colors and it would be a perfect product .

I use these in construction inspections for notes and they fit right into front chest pocket of my vest. The elastic that holds it shut works great, and the ribbon to hold my page is vital. Just big enough to hold in my hand and still be able to write.

I'm a nurse and orienting to a new job, in a new state. I needed a pocket-sized notebook that was durable. This little notebook is great! it has a bookmark string, pen holder, a little pocket in the back and an elastic band to keep it contained. It is sturdy and looks professional. It is thicker than I anticipated, which is a plus for me. The best part is there are 2! Overall a big bang for the buck.

I am now on my second set of these little notebooks and I couldn't be happier with them. The quality is outstanding. The paper is perfect and holds up with everything I can throw at it from pretty heavy graphite to fountain pens. The pen loop is a huge bonus and I use it very often. Notebook fits perfectly in my back pocket and I hardly notice it anymore which is great! The seller really seems to care about the product and the customer's satisfaction continuing forward, I really like that too.You really can't go wrong with these. 2 or them at an excellent price and you'll have plenty of space to fill for whatever your needs.

I needed a smallish but sturdy, professional looking notebook to slip in my purse when making business calls. I usually do more talking than writing at these cold calls. However, there are often important takeaway points, people’s names and items I want to add to my master “to do” list when I return to my office. The notebook has a leather like covering, an elastic band to keep it closed in my purse, a pen holder and a handy pocket in the back to tuck in business cards or receipts from my travels. The paper is lined and of good quality. My roller point ink pen did not bleed through. 2of these for the price made this a very nice purchase for the money.
