I think this is a decent value for the price you pay. I use this for my shin splints and a labral tear in my shoulder. No allergic reaction when I put this on my legs but I do get a rash after I peel off the tape from my shoulder -- nothing crazy just a few itchy small bumps but I'll stray from putting them on my shoulder again which is initially why I bought them. Overall great for shin splints.

Bought this as an alternative to KT Tape brand. Product cut was prefect and easy to apply.The only issue with this is the excessive sticky residue it leaves on skin that's really really hard to get off.

It will stay on for 5 days stretchable and pre cut for certain applications

I destroyed my rotator cuff and will need shoulder replacement, this product is great, helps support my shoulder and DR impressed by how much it helped me- I will continue to purchase. Adhesion is great- put it on after shower then next day left it on until shower late in day and so comfortable forgot to take off and showered with it on- stayed put and did not come loose. BUY THIS IF YOU NEED A GREAT PRODUCT- FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

I loved this product in natural color. When I reordered it was only available in bright blue...it does not adhere to my skin well and I am not happy with it. I do recommend the natural but do NOT recommend the blue colored tape.

I use this for taping my leg before I run. Shin splints bother me and using this tape has worked wonders!

Used this tape about a year ago. The price was great and thought I would give it a shot. Tried the regular I strips first and was impressed. Better than the it tape by far and half the price. Next tried the y tape . Again great tape. I would say the best way to use this or any it tape is right after showering either morning or night to dry off and if you can shave the area than tape up. Have a home sauna and it even held up to that for three days before replacing tape. Great for shower too. Highly recommend no other tape . Especially for the price. Thank you flex u fitters

My son has Osgood Schlatter Syndrome in his knees and needed support for the pain he has been suffering. I wanted to try a Y shape tape to give support to his condition. This shape isn't very common unfortunately, the one I found in USA was prohibitively expensive to ship, so I opted for this.2 rolls in a nicely manufactured tin arrived via Amazon.The product itself is quite decent for 20 quid, he has used them 3/4 times now for football matches & training, and has combined that with stretches designed for Osgood Schlatter disease.Just 2 things to mention, 1) they do come off in the bath, so don't expect them to last a few days. 2) these are probably sized for an adult, so I had to trim them to make them fit a 11 year old boys knee.All in all, happy with product, it does support if applied correctly (see YouTube videos tutorials) and you get plenty of them on a roll, so good value overall. Recommended.

Excellent, it’s also easier being pre-cut, once placed on area in my case my shoulder it does not move even when I am soaking in the bath it doesn’t come away from skin. Flexu tape is flexible too, it moves with you given you plenty of support. I highly recommend “Flexu tape” worth the money.

Easier to use than rolls of tape. Stays on for up to 3 days, depending on how long you stay in the bath/shower.I find it very helpful for my knee problem.

Been using various types of this product for knee support. This came off in the shower after being previously applied correctly for 24 hours. Have used tapes costing £5.99 which have stayed on for days, even a week.Not much use (and expensive), if you have to reapply new tape every day.

Fantastic product! Arrived well packaged & it’s great quality. Provided excellent support. First time using pre-cut strips but very happy overall. Although as a man I did have to shave around my knee area to get tape to stick properly!
