Epik One Tiny E1 GSM - 2G Dual SIM Factory Unlocked Feature Phone 1.8" Wireless FM Torch

I didn't expect much of this phone. It was to let my nephew use for a month while he is visiting us from overseas. It's very compact and so convenient for simple calls and text for him. I think I paid more for afternoon coffee at Starbucks the other day. I'm just amazed what $12 phone can do.

I decided to get a new phone when I wanted to just pay to extend the time within which I could use existing minutes with Tracfone, and ultimately gave up due to the abysmal service I received from Tracfone. I have a VOIP phone I use at home, and wanted a mobile primarily for emergencies. I switched to T mobile's 30 minutes a month prepaid plan for $3.00 a month. I only wanted the phone to make an occasional call so I wanted an inexpensive phone. I have been very satisfied with this phone for that purpose. The audio quality is also fine for my purposes. The phone has a lot of features, but the only one I use is the directory, which also satisfies my needs.UPDATE: Phone already quit working, although it was not subject to rough treatment. I guess the price was too good to be true.

Got this for my 7 year old so we can call her when school is out, and let her know where we are picking her up. Works great! Just what we needed because we didn't want to give her a smart phone yet. We used US Mobile to get service, which I think I'm paying $8 a month for 500 minutes, and no text. Great little phone, brings back memories. Would be great for an emergency phone. Even has FM Radio, and a flash light, which isn't very bright, but hey what do you expect.

Very impressed for a phone under 20$. Purchased this for a relative and just activated it with a sim card. Works flawlessly
