Great padding
This mat is exactly what I was looking for, very padded and extra long. I am 6”2’ so with most yoga mats either my feet or my head is off the mat when laying down but not with this one. It came curled up but it did flatten out over time. It’s great for if your knees, elbows or anything else is nothing you with a thinner mat. It does sort of “crack” a bit with wear but not so much to be really damaging. Overall a really great mat if your tired of thin ones.

Not safe for yoga if you are a large person
To start: I am 6'1" tall and weigh 222 lbs.Minus: I have been to three classes with the mat and I have experienced sudden stretching/slipping of the mat during downward dog and warrior poses. This is dangerous, and could lead to injury. I have another mat and had no problems with it from the start. The classroom floor is smooth composite flooring, but other members don't have an issue with their mats. I have tried leaving it laid out and walking on it in my apartment between classes to try and break it in/increase the grip of the mat, plus I use it every morning on carpet to do about a 45 minute workout.Plus: I feel the length is good for my height, the thickness relieved the pain when working on my knees, and the width allowed my hands to fit comfortably along my hips during reverse plank, and kept my knees from going (painfully) onto the floor during child's pose and other poses with the knees spread. If you are shorter and/or lighter, you may not have any issues with the mat.Overall: I would really like to give this a better rating, but it has a serious flaw as a yoga mat.

Perfect size mat for taller people
Finally discovered a quality, substantial,Black yoga mat for my 6'2" Self. Have practiced yoga for a few yrs. with the normal size mats ,and now have found this Pro28.... Wonderful fit. Grips the wooden floors, well . Easy on the knees, with it's quarter inch thickness, yet not too soft to displace your pose. And, finally, I was impressed with the attentiveness and conscientiousness of this company or maker of this product. I would indeed purchase again.

Comfy but stretches and seems low quality.
Update 5/24/20I haven't had this two months and it is covered in holes and gouges. Probably will be completely useless in another month. This mat is very padded and long enough for my 5 11 height. Unfortunately this mat already looks well used and is rubbing away after two weeks use. Also slides on the floor. It also is so thick it stretches while doing yoga or mountain climbers. It isn't perfect, but will meet my needs for now.I would not order a second.

Decent for the price
This mat is OK for the value. I much prefer the ProSource Extra Thick and would have repurchased that if it weren't sold out. This mat get's the job done and appreciate there is a ribbed side and a smooth one. It's also quite long - which is useful for my taller partner. He's 6'0". The ProSource is thicker which I prefer and also this carrying strap DID NOT fit the mat once rolled up. It was way too small. We ended up using the second one that came with the ProSource mat to roll and store this one. If this is your only option - it's fine and you'll be satisfied. But I do think there are better ones out there.

Works ok, has a few kinks.
Product was comfortable, however it comes rolled up the opposite way it should, so when you place it down, it curls up. Problem would be solved if they rolled it up the other way. Never have been able to work the curl out of it, pretty frustrating. I will say that everything else about it, including length was great, and I'm 6'2"

Low quality, damaged, not worth the price- Updated
The mat had paint smudges on the top of the mat from the silver logo painted on the bottom. It was also rolled the opposite way the mat is supposed to lay. This product is not worth the price paid- Low quality and damaged. I am unable to return the product because of COVID policies to stay inside in LA. Reported to the seller and waiting for a response.------Edit: The seller was extremely responsive after reaching out about the damaged mat. They offered a full refund as well as a replacement mat at no cost. The mat came a little less than a week after our last communication. The mat I received was much better, and I appreciated the customer service immensely!

Thick is good, but gets really slippery and stretches too much
This is good for working out and yoga but if you start to sweat there’s almost no grip so you start sliding everywhere. Also doing yoga positions where you have 1 foot at the front and 1 foot at the back of the mat the mat starts to stretch and makes it very difficult to hold a good position.
