Non-Stick Grill Pan with Folding Wooden Handle, 8", Black and Brown

This grill held up to the flames! Plenty of space for Cooking 2 meals or keeping a side warm. Love the handle that folds to be put away as well! It was easy to clean and it was nonstick with some help from the butter/oil

The weight of this pan is nice, and it definitely leaves grill marks, and does a fine job letting the fat drip away from the meat. My least favorite thing about it is that after I'm done I pick it up to pout it back and as I go the put it in my pot rack the pans always folds on my fingers. There is no way to lack the handle extended so as soon as you angle the pan a bit where the metal part is inclined to move and swing closed, it does.Second smaller issue it that when you heat the pan enough to get char marks on the food, it also becomes a chore to clean. It's mostly nonstick, however when you char there are some well done bits that stick, and a soft sponge will not get them off. I had to use my scratch free rough side of my scrubby sponge. Hopefully that doesn't wear off the sorta nonstick coating.For the price it's a good buy, just watch your fingers.

I value this pan above all others in my camp cookware collection shown in my blog at Camp Like Home dot com. Let me tell you why it's the PERFECT camping pan. 1.) Because of the folding handle, this full size 11-inch pan fits perfectly into a single Camp Chef storage bag, leaving tons of room to stack other pots/pans on top. 2.) The nonstick surface is PFOA free. That means no harmful toxins in your food. Old school Teflon and aluminum pans are dangerous. Get them out of your collection! 3.) This pan is so much lighter than cast iron grill pans. It won't add a lot of unnecessary weight to your carrying bag or Camp Chef storage unit. 4.) You don't have to season this pan. It works just like the Teflon you're used to, but without the harmful PFOA. ​5.) This pan doesn't lose its nonstick capabilities over time. 6.) The bottom of this pan is covered with a large round aluminum pad, making it supremely conductive and resistant to physical damage from camp stoves. I've also used this pan on my grill, but I've never used it over an open fire because I like to keep my best camp cookware looking new. I love this pan. It provides moderate grill marks which look nice on meat and veggies alike, and it's super easy to clean which I love. No elbow grease required! The handle folds over, making it slightly compact, which is great because I have almost no kitchen storage space.I am perfectly satisfied with this pan and I definitely recommend it. Next time I buy a grill pan I'll look for one with slightly higher ridges to provide stronger grill marks. But in the meantime, this pan is great, and it's exactly what I was looking for.

I had a traditional 11" square grill pan that just was a pain to use. I'm only cooking for one and anything towards the outer edges was not getting cooked consistently. I figured I'd tried this one and am very happy with it. It cooks evenly, the handle is substantial without being cumbersome. Love that it folds up and is easy to store. It's easy to clean too. I am going to see if the have griddle pan companion, I like this one so much!

This grilling pan was a surprise find given its price. It cooks everything I have tried, heats quickly and consistently across the pan, and cleans easily. I inadvertently ordered two so gave one to my neighbors. They have raved about the pan and use it for just about everything. The only minor issue is the folding handle - closes easily until you get used to how it works. I highly recommend this pan!

I really like this pan - it cleans well & is lightweight. My only complaint is the handle. I like that it folds for storage but I would prefer if it could be locked as I have inadvertently pinched my fingers when it folded up on me when I did not expect it to when cleaning the pan or getting it out/putting it away. I try to be extra cautious when cooking to remember the handle could fold….

Has great heat distribution and leaves great griddle lines on your food. Steaks and fish cook to perfection.I have had a similar pan for years, then bought a poor second one. Binned the last one, this new pan is as good as my 20 year old one. This time though the folding handle clips firmly into place. Luxury!
