I’m so glad I ordered the pillow. My baby is 5 months and you can see the different the flat spot is getting better and I don’t think they will be a need for a helmet. I had the pillow for a month now. I also want to mention they have the best customer service. They even sent me a Free pillow cover and blanket. Thank you so much!

We love this pillow. I have a toddler as well and our infant naturally slept a lot so he was down quite a bit. When he turned 6 months on the 12/7, he had a decent flat spot where we were considering him getting fitted for a helmet. Outside of constant adjust on our part, we bought this pillow for night use and it’s been great! Even though we rotate him a lot during the day at night it’s nice to know we don’t have to adjust him and our sons head looks great!I wish I would have got a before/after pic but it’s worth the buy!

My daughter has been using this for almost a month and it doesn’t seem like it has done much for her at all. Her head is still flat and when she’s laying down it’s on the pillow and it is becoming yellow also never got a bib with it like others claim which is fine. Don’t really use bibs but my point is it doesn’t work as well as others are claiming. Not sure how long your supposed to use before you see results but someone said after a month it worked for their child and it’s been almost a month. Haven’t seen any results sadly.

EDIT: i raised my rating from 2 stars to 5. After my initial review (below) was posted, the company reached out to me and apologized for the odor and sent me another for free. Its been a few weeks using it and my babys head it going back to normal, he sleeps better, and the smell has nearly faded. Impressed with the pillow and the company. Wish more companies backed their product up like that.The smell of this pillow is very strong. We let it air out immedietely when we got it. After a full day, the smell was just as strong. We washed the case and that wasnt much help, the strong smell of the pillow goes right through. It also came with wash instructions but said nothing about how to dry it so we put the cover in the dryer on low heat. It shrunk it so we had to do a number on stretching it back to size.The pillow itself seems like it would be comfortable though. Hoping the smell disappears quickly otherwise we may not be using it.

So far I am very happy with this baby pillow. I chose this one over the others available (and there are so many baby pillows out there so it took some time to decide!) because it seemed more sturdy and durable, and so far that does seem to be the case. The pillow is very soft yet sturdy. It's a good size and shape and fits our baby's bassinet perfectly (she uses a Snoo and although it does fit, we are noticing that the sensors that make the Snoo move and make noise to sooth her don't work when the pillow is over them). However, this is just a small issue and we use it when she lays on her play mat and other napping spots. So far so good! Thank you for a great product!

My newborn wasnt completely in love with the one their old sibling used which is a bigger size but not as soft but still pretty soft.This pillow is a little smaller but i would known that if i did my measurements but i doesn't matter it works and the size worked out too.does not come with the black and white print case that next all the images have.It does have a case that is machine washable. still annoyed that the picture show and imply on that 2nd case but isn't a deal breaker.my newborn suffering from acid reflux so badly their on medication for it. This pillow helps a lot too.

The 1st pic was May 7 and the 2nd pic was July 29. His plastic surgeon said that he has a mild case (resulting from his head being so big and wide at birth and not from laying on his back too much)and that it was up to us (as the parents) if we wanted to get him a helmet. We were going to but changed our minds (we weren't comfortable taking him out with covid-19). I wish I had known about the pillow sooner but no one told me about it. The docs just kept pushing the helmet as if that were the only solution/helping factor after my attempts to rotate his head while sleeping. I started researching and found this. Anyways I feel like we've made some real progress. I wish I would've gotten it sooner like at 5 months or even 3months; received it at 7 months(1st pic) and he's 9 months in 2nd pic. I tried to isolate the pictures and blur the background so it could help to really see the head shape.

These seem to be very comfortable for my barely 2 month old NB. I’ve tried other type of baby pillows for head shaping/correction but this one IMO is the best at what it’s supposed to do. The heart shaped pillow with the small little concave area where the back of the baby’s head goes are not as good as these. Those other burrito shaped ones with a flat part in the middle aren’t either. I’m using this as a prevantitve measure to avoid my NB getting a misshapen head which is why I’m writing this review. It seems to have improved the roundness of the head quite a bit in the short 3 weeks I’ve been using it unlike others I’ve tried

Great size/quality and it’s sooo soft and smooth.
