very useful book for who are interested in metal markets

Very comprehensive with clear explanations and examples.

This book is great, explains the essentials of trading metals on the LME. I am a computer scientist and needed to understand how trading metals works, understand the risks, etc. I believe this book was originally written for university level students.I borrowed this book from someone and wanted to buy my own version, I have to say I am surprised that the edition sold here is an old version, at least it looks like that from browsing the editor's page on Amazon. The version I borrowed was a 2003 edition and the one here is the original 1998 version, so I ended up not buying if from Amazon and I'm still looking for the 2003 edition.

I work in the software design industry for financial products and find this reference book easy to read, informative and concise. It may be an old edition but most concepts are still relevant in todays day and age. Great book for anyone interested in metals trading.
