Work very well and are very supportive.

Nice but not quite what I wanted
These are nice yoga blocks. They have a small amount of give. I ended up returning it because I was looking for one that is firmer. These are also slightly smaller (about a 1/4 inch) than my other blocks which are 9x6x4.
