I drink this after I do training runs for an upcoming half marathon. The powder tastes good, and there is a notable improvement in my energy when I take it vs when I forget or have a Cliff bar instead.

I tried to drink this after an 18.5 mi with 6600 ft of vert gain in the mountains. I needed this badly. I couldn't even get half of it down. I'm not the type to write a negative review, but it was $40 down the drain. I love the electrolyte/carb Dewaltermelon, but the recovery drink is a no-go for me and 11 packets that aren't going to be used. Super disappointing.

Thought these would taste like any other vanilla protein powder but was I wrong. Has a weird other taste to them that I can’t describe and tastes nothing like normal vanilla mixes I’ve used lots of.

This stuff is so good, tastes great, my favorite of the different flavors. This definitely helps with post-run hunger and also to get some carbs/protein/electrolytes back in on the drive home from the trails. Usually will only use this if I go longer than 1 1/2-2 hours of running, but it does feel like it makes a difference in my recovery. Very pleased with this!

This has the worst taste and smell. Its awful.
