I bought a large and found it to be a little too tight. I guess if you have a larger face, you will probably want an X-Large. This one fits much better. I like the looks, as well.

Will fit your massive 7 5/8th melon no problem.
Is your head massive? Do all hats fit you like a yamaka? Well you're in luck. This material is light weight but I assume thick enough for some light/medium duty welding. Stretchy so will for nicely regardless... if you have super baby head it could be loose. Great value for 6$. Received next day, so very quick delivery.
