Bhakati is the best. I love how it has little to no sweetness. Very gingery; you can taste all the individual ingredients.

This chai concentrate is the only one I have found that is spicy and not overly sweet. I have tried all the chais from Taso, Trader Joe's, and Oregon Chai, and this is my favorite one.

My first order was placed December 20, 2023, since that time I have ordered 62 cartons, my last order was placed March 7, 2025. Unfortunately, the last six cartons had defective seals, all six cartons had to be thrown away. The Best By date is 20FEB2026 S1; 0207 13:57 03. I have chosen 5-stars because the product is delicious, it’s the packaging that has a problem.If you have these in your cabinet, please check the codes on the carton before opening. The issue is under the white plastic piece that the cap sits on.

Seems that everyone has different preferences when it comes to chai. For me, Starbucks (with extra pumps of chai) or Panera is my preference but I worry about all the sugar. Started looking for an unsweetened option so that I could sweeten with honey or monk fruit. This concentrate didn’t do it for me. Much too heavy on the ginger. I used a whole carton trying various ratios of chai to milk but never got it right. I also couldn’t get the sweetness level adjusted to balance the flavors. Overall, the heavy ginger content/flavor and the trial and error of mixing makes this a “no thank you” for me.

I recently purchased the Bhakti Chai Ginger & Black Tea Concentrate, and while the product itself is delicious and packed with a great ginger flavor, I had a bit of an issue with the packaging. Upon opening the box, I discovered that one of the containers had leaked. The box itself wasn’t damaged, so I’m not sure whether the issue was from before it was shipped or if it happened during transit. It’s possible the packaging design could use some improvements to prevent leaks.I contacted Amazon customer service, and they were very accommodating, offering a full refund even though only one container was affected. While this was a bit frustrating, I appreciated the prompt and helpful response.As for the actual product, I absolutely love the taste! It's wonderfully gingery and makes a perfect concentrate for a warming cup of tea. Overall, I’d still recommend it — just hope the packaging gets a bit more attention.

This is the best Chai that can be found in the US. It is very similar to what you will find on the streets in Delhi. I have been purchasing this chai since the company started, and they were even willing to ship it to me when I lived in Italy. The product has always come fresh and well packaged. Since we are Colorado residents, I love supporting a local Colorado company. If you want authentic chai, this is it!

Ginger forward Chai. I love that it is lower in sugar. I didn't miss all the sugar one bit. This is like half the sugar of Tazo.
