Review: Excellent quality, great price - I don't know why more people don't have Necchi sewing machines. This is an excellent quality machine, made by the same people who make Janome machines which are sold for much more. I have used this with very thick layers of fabric and also on very fine silk, and the machine handles everything like a dream. I chose the EX60 over the EX30 because of the ability to set the default needle-up or down, and thread-cutter features. Buttonholer works great, as does the needle-threading feature. I use this for sewing clothes and not for embroidery so this has all the stitches I need.
