These are my favorite ketones. They give me energy on long runs. I haven't been doing keto for a few months and went to buy them again and realized they went up 15 bucks.

Maybe this product does something, but I'm not sure. Maybe you need to buy several bottles and use it over several months.

I have been using this product for a couple of months now and am slimmer when I take them. All the other brands I have used have been discontinued so hopefully these ones do not. I do think they should come out with some for people who maybe dont want caffeine even though I love the caffeine it helps me get up and going (Im not a coffee person) BUT the price was just raised from what I was paying. I dont think I am willing to pay the price of them now. I wish they hadn't done that.

This is my 2nd order and oh my gosh I love this product. Almost immediately my energy levels go way up along with my energy levels. A bit later I feel the fog lift and my thought process is clear and focused. Did I say I love this product! Over the last 9 months I I lost 50 lbs. Without my little magic pill I never could have done the last 30. In the past I have always stopped loosing at 30 lbs. After time goes on and and I can't she'd another pound, I become depressed and eventually go back to a diet filled with carbs and foods that aren't healthy. In past I am filled with dred the closer I get to 30 lbs weight loss mark. Not now. My happy little white pills and I went right on past without even slowing down! Unbelievable! Soo happy with this product. Now the rest of the story. LOL The pills have no flavor and I don't struggle swallowing them. But I don't have any trouble taking pills. I just pop all 4 at the same time. I wish they were a little smaller, but I can't complain. The next thing on the negative side is I wish I didn't have to take so many at a time. And lastly, I wouldn't mind if they were cheaper. If I am going to be taking them for a good long while like a vitamin, it would be nice to purchase these for a little less so it doesn't cause choices between these and my regular vitamins. That's it! The good out weighs the bad by miles! They are really wonderful! ❤️

I don't really understand the poor reviews on here. This is not a paid or endorsed review. I have bought this product multiple times along with the 'Carb Blocker' that they sell. I am new to Keto, starting it 5 months ago. This product curbs my appetite, and provides energy that I needed as I was hit hard with the Keto flu. I will admit to falling off the Keto wagon twice, but this product helped me get back on track quickly.I have health issues (MS, and Crohns disease) and this has caused no issues with my health. The caffeine is natural, and I now experience no side effects. I experienced nausea the first couple days as my body adapted to the new lifestyle, but that quickly subsided.I recommend these to anyone that is on a tight budget like me, but still wants results. To those who think that you can take these and not change your eating habits? Of course you won't have success. For these to work, you have to put in the effort. My macros are 120 fat, 90 protein and 20 grams of TOTAL carbs. I take four of these in the morning with my Keto coffee.Thank you for offering affordable options. Getting healthy shouldn't be expensive.

I've purchased this product several times in the past 2 years. It used to work like a charm to keep me in ketosis. It's starting to fail me. It has stopped working altogether. I still maintain my low carb diet. I still intermittent fast and I still do workout moderately. It's just not working anymore. On top of that, it used to cost about $24. It's now close to $40. Product isn't worth it anymore. If it had continued to work, I would pay the cost. They've lost a customer.

I've been on keto for a few months, and as I've read about exogenous ketones it seems like there really isnt a consensus on whether they actually do much. From personal experience, I've been kicked out of ketosis twice since I started due to eating some holiday sweets. Both times I did daily tests with ketostix, one without this supplement, one with, and it took me the same amount of time to get back into ketosis.I'm also inherantly skeptical of anything that makes claims about focus and energy that contains caffiene in addition to other ingredients. It is incredibly likely that caffiene alone is having an impact. If your product really helped with those things, caffeine wouldnt be necessary.Also, it slightly bothers me a dose is 4 pills. I, like many others I imagine, bought these because they seemed very reasonably priced, but considering that this is actually only 30 doses, not 120, that's a huge difference in cost.Caffeine pills are very cheap, MCT Oil can be found in quantity for a reasonable price, so I see no reason, just personally and anecdotally, to buy these again.Three stars because the product itself seems to be fine in quality, but it did very little for me.

I’ve been doing keto for 7 months and have tried several different exogenous ketone supplements, I’m very pleased with this one, for one I don’t have to drink it, huge plus! And I know it says not to exceed the amount given but I take 4 in the morning and 4 in the early afternoon and I stay in deep ketosis all day and it really suppresses my appetite. I don’t trust a lot of reviews on Amazon because I have found identical reviews on different items, not very smart on Amazons part! But I wanted to put an honest one out there for others looking for a good ketone supplement. May not work for everyone but I’m sold!
