Fonio is a bit of a rarity but the seller had it, I paid for it and they sent it so all good from the consumer review point of view.The product it’s self - well I’m likely in a minority of those seeking out unusual millets, seeds etc! The grain is just tiny but I ground it into flour and have used it as a porridge and it has a light and pleasing flavour and texture.

Good quality and healthy product. Very light and no starch and won't add calories to your diet. I've been running away from starch which is a major health risks due to the calories in products that are starchy. I'm very happy that I bought it. I eat it with my soup and find it very filling.
