The product should get 4 stars but Amazon gets only 1 for a bad customer service experience
I'm a frequent Amazon shopper and normally very satisfied with their service, so this negative purchasing experience was a surprise. In hindsight, it's apparent that the unit I received had been previously sold, unpacked, damaged, repacked haphazardly in an ill-fitting, pieced-together box, returned, restocked, and then resold to me, the unsuspecting consumer. Three pieces were cracked, the back panel of one of the drawers was missing, and so was one of the drawer handles. Someone had actually attempted to patch one large crack with spackling paste (yes, really! I took pictures!).Unfortunately, not all of this was obvious from the start. The box did look a bit suspect, but my husband went ahead with the assembly. By the time we realized the extent of the damage, the last thing we wanted to do was take it apart, try to repack it, somehow transport the 70-lb package to a shipping facility, and send it back for replacement. My husband is a handy sort, and he was pretty sure he could fix it acceptably.Meanwhile, I got on the phone with Amazon (which is not easy to do - your best bet is to google "call Amazon"). It took several tries to explain the situation to the customer service rep - I was asking not for an exchange but for a partial refund, since the unit should have been sold as "used" and additionally was damaged. Ultimately I accepted a $30 "promotional credit," which I believe was an inadequate solution but as good as it was going to get.This product is listed as "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com." There must be something very wrong with their procedures if they could accept a return in this condition and just put it back on the shelf to resell it. Shame on Amazon for that, and for not taking responsibility for their error in a way that was more equitable.

Missing Parts
we received this filing cabinet it was missing the bottom handle and separator. Very disappointed that I cannot get ahold of Amazon help desk. Way to many hoops to jump through and the maker of this is in Denmark

A complete loss
Couldn't assemble. Missing parts. Cracked pieces. Also not possible to return due to packing not reusable.

An actual puzzle from Sweden
Beautiful cabinet at half the price through Amazon. Unfortunately it does not arrive assembled. Very trying attempting to ssemble. After five hours I gave up, boxed it, returned it no questions asked.
