I had purchased an upper back cushion to promote good posture, separately, about a year ago, and it helped a lot. However, I was still getting backaches from work and did not realize that it was from my chair seat until I purchased this seat cushion when I saw it as a lightning deal for Amazon Prime. I figured I would give it a try since my coworkers advised that getting a seat cushion helped them feel more comfortable at work. I wasn't expecting much for me, but I tried it and I was very surprised that it is helping with my back issues. The only thing I don't really like about the cushion is if you do not sit on it "perfectly" then you kind of feel like you are "falling off" the chair or leaning over to the side awkwardly. However, if you just adjust to make sure you are sitting on the cushion the correct way, it seems to be very comfortable.

Saw similar products at higher prices. Sat on a few in stores. This pillow blows them out of the water for support and comfort. I've had it awhile and sat on it a lot. It seems to be holding up its support. I would recommend this product to anyone, especially bigger people. I'm 6ft 3in. and 225 pounds.

My back has not hurt since I purchased TWO of these. One for work and one for the car. Yes, it is a little hard for 2 days. Once the pillow adjusts to your shape and body weight, it is perfect. I gave one to a friend who is a hair braider and her clients give extra tips after 5-8 hours of sitting to get their hair done.

this cushion is nice...and does what it says it should - offers you the cushion support that you need. It does feel a bit weird when you first use it - intuitively, you would want to use it with the opening forward...but then I looked at the picture and realized it was using it backwards I was a little surprised how big it was when I first got it...but appreciate the size now.

I bought this to give my rear end relief from sitting most of the day - it's comfortable, but altho I am not a very heavy person (160 lbs) the thing squashes down into basically nothing in no time - which is what was the problem with the cheap one I originally bought. So I am now looking for something that will not squash to nothing. It did help with my sore pooch-bone, thank you, but not much good for long-term use.

I have had this now for 3 months and can finally give a full review. DON'T GET IT! It is fine at first but shortly later on it manages to harden and actually threw off my back and became painful to use. It will raise you seat height about 2 inches and if you don't mind firmness its okay. But it isn't even worth the money you pay and that is sad seeing that it isn't that expensive to begin with. This is a very firm cushion - not a lot of compression when you sit on it. I was hoping for a slight memory foam feeling.
