Damaged system that was not actually new
This system was a disappointment for me, but the kids enjoyed it. It was advertised as NEW, but when I opened the Amazon box it was just in a plastic bag. I could tell that everything had been opened and repackaged, and there were no instructions (not that it was needed...but if it was actually new there would've been instructions or something). I'm not sure who thought wrapping an electronic in a plastic bag was a good idea...it's NOT. The speakers on BOTH sides were dented in!!! I needed it for a birthday the next day, so there was no option to return this beat up system. Also, it was advertised as a "Kidz Bop" system, but there was nothing on it that said Kidz Bop...although the Kidz Bop CDs worked with it (any karaoke CD probably would). The good...the kids enjoyed the karaoke and the lights. The bad...I spent too much money on someone's old karaoke system that came damaged. Bad business.

Machine doesn't work!!!
We bought this for our daughter for her 7th birthday a couple of days ago. The microphone didn't work at all didn't come with a cd like it said it would also came in a bag not a box. Also it quits working after a couple of songs. She is so upset over this. We paid over 70 dollars for a machine that doesn't work!!!

Dissatisfied
The machine was delivered to me with no factory box or instructions. I bought it for My six year old grand daughter three weeks ago. It is still in working condition, and she has fun with it, but it is not worth the cost.

Don't buy here!
WE bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it is only 2 days after and its already broken. The microphone quit working, and we aren't sure why. My daughter was not very hard on it and actually only used it 3 times. It isn't in stock at our local store, she is so disappointed. But the biggest thing is, is this is only $79 at Toys R Us, and it is NOT worth that much money! It was fun while it lasted. [...]
