This power bank has never been dropped, gotten wet or abused in any way. It's suppose to have a 12 month warranty but GO4Pwr is not willing to honor it's warranty for a defective product that I purchased barely a little over 2 months ago. Amazon.com can't help because this purchase is not directly thru them but was with GO4Pwr, a third party seller.Update: was contacted by seller around Jan 18, 2019 and all they are willing to do is offer a discount towards a purchase of a new charger which means they're still not willing to honor the 12 month warranty they claim to offer. I told them that I will never buy anything from GO4PWR !!

As the battery on my iPhone 6s dies a slow death this battery has been a lifesaver for me until I can replace the phone/battery. Holds a charge well and keeps the phone charged with no problems.Update: The battery worked great for three months and abruptly died one day and would not recharge. I will contact the supplierand see if they will replace. Second update: After contacting the seller they responded “Thank you for purchasing our product”. Really! No resolution just a greeting. Buyer beware!

I was skeptical about buying this battery since there were only 2 reviews and I didn’t know if they were real. So took a chance and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have had it for 9 days now and so far so good. The battery life lasts for days and several charges on my iPhone 7+.

I thought I was purchasing a cheap little power bank but when I got this in the mail it is a much higher quality device than I thought it was going to be. Definitely worth the price

So far, so good. A little hesitant given the price, but I've been pleased thus far. I have a larger power bank I typically use, but wanted to purchase a 2nd for a family member. I've been testing this one for the past couple of weeks with almost daily use.One nice feature it has is an auto on/off function where it senses that a device is plugged into it and automatically starts charging. Once disconnected, it turns off after ~5 seconds. Unlike my other power bank, this one will charge my Bluetooth headphones. The other power bank I have stops charging them after a couple minutes. I'm happy with my purchase and will update this review if that feeling changes.

I just received this yesterday and I wanted to take the time to write a preliminary review.I LOVE the thank you card. Classy.I am in my mid 50’s and my eyes aren’t what they used to be. The packaging is eye appealing but the print on the back is too small and grey lettering. I feel white would be better.The instructions insert print is too small as well. I actually have very good eyesight for reading so I don’t feel like it was me.Just add some color and a bigger font and I’d give you a 👍.The quality of the product seems very well made. I used it to charge my phone last night.All is good.

My husband and I both have chronic medical conditions which means many hours spent in waiting rooms. This portable power bank keeps my Kindle and my husband's tablet going so we have something to do while we wait that doesn't include magazines that have been handled by too many people.

Has not lived up to expectations in keeping my Pixel 2 XL charged. Was surprised to find my battery at 26% after a 2 hour drive. It was even warmed up before i took it into the car (was very cold out). Still had three dots of charge left in the power bank, so not sure what went wrong. I noticed that it had stopped charging though, like another battery pack, so don't know if there's something about the Pixel 2 that makes these drop out or what. My older Bonsai still works well though. If it's really putting out 2.1A, that should be plenty.
