I contacted the sellers for more information on how to download other countries maps as I followed the instructions provided exactly and they did not appear/ work.The company provided me with the exact information provided on the manual and when I stated I had followed them exactly and they did not work. I did not receive any follow up e-mails.Not happy with product or sellers.

I like the big size screen of this GPS, which makes it much easier to use while driving. It is also easy to install this GPS and mount it. The picture is really clear and the battery hold a charge for a long time. It is very helpful for me.

I wish I had passed on this gps. The arrival time is many hours off. This particular unit thinks I am driving a big rig, can’t find a way to program around that. Night time driving is blinding as it doesn’t adjust to darkness. Don’t waste your money and buy a better one.

I have used this over the road and within the city and it has been spot on. Very good at keeping you on the roads that you need to be on especially in unfamiliar area. When hauling hazardous materials it kept me only on roads that I could take them on and the same goes for semi truck roads. Now the cons. First you have to make sure that you put in the address carefully otherwise it may not bring up the correct location. Second, the battery life is non existent. I fully charged the battery and only got 1/2 hour of use before I had to plug it in. The windshield holder does not lock the unit in so if you hit really bumpy roads you can be that the unit will pop off. Lastly, it is not as user friendly as you would think it would be. Changing from semi to personal vehicle was challenging the first time. My first unit the sounds stopped working, but they replaced it quickly and without issue.Update 10/26/19 - This week on three separate occasions the GPS routed me on roads with bridges that were under 13'6" even though I had put in that my semi was 13'6" so be careful if you purchase this unit

My husband is an OTR driver and says he can rely on this GPS for almost all the things he needs while on the road.

It thinks your a truck and you cant change that. Problem: I live on a road where tractor trailers are not allow,so it can't take me home. It yells at you when your over the speed limit you can't change that either. It does not show you what lane to be in when your in traffic. It has only one voice and it is not loud, so no radio or you won't hear it. When you stop at a roadside rest it losses your route. Why go on? HA

Quite difficult to set up physically and programmatically (a word?) The formats for time and date can't be altered to be of the common U.S. format, and there are several misspellings or homonym use of terms that is confusing. The device has a veritable plethora of functions, most of which would be very useful if they didn't interfere with the car's electronics. I plan to purchase another GPS unit immediately, just not an obviously Chinese one. (One made in China is probably unavoidable, but I think I will stay with a U.S. or Japanese manufacturer.)

Being a truck driver, this GPS is awesome for the price. I even tried it around NYC. However around New York City no GPS is 100% accurate.
