OK, but product description includes many errors
The Go Heart Strings Notepad is twin wire bound, A5 in size and one of several alternate cover designs of which this is the most targeted to a gender; the content is identical. There are several areas where the product description is at variance with reality. None are dramatic or important although they may affect your purchasing decisions. The paper is not cream but white, there is no elasticated closer and they are not cello-wrapped but tightly sealed in a poly bag, and less easy to open. The covers are identically patterned and coloured and on about 180gsm card, adequate for the task. The page line-spacing appears to be quite wide, better for some uses but less good for others; a slightly tighter spacing would have been preferable. There is no information on the covers or packaging or identifiable on the company's product pages to identify paper weight or the number of pages/sheets provided but they appear to be 80gsm and about 80 sheets, respectively. Although the paper has the feel and appearance of a quality product, it may only be suitable for ballpoints and not other types of inks and pens as, with fountain pens, there is considerable feathering and bleed-through not only for that sheet but often the one below. The pages are fixed and not removable other than by ripping them out; micro-perforations are preferred. On balance, with an inaccurate description and a price that does not compare favourably with some alternatives, it would not necessarily be an automatic choice if or when re-stocking was required.

nothing special
This is a very ordinary A5 note book, which had I paid the advertised price would have disappointed me. The design is fine and looks like its picture – so you will either like heart strings or not. Where it suffers is that the covers are made of not very heavy card – probably 130g and are cut to the same size as the paper – i.e no protective overhang. This might be sensible since I suspect it would soon get bent it it did. The paper is Ok but nothing more. It has 21 lines per page and is not perforated down the spine. The white plastic coated metal ring binder is fine and up to the job.Overall, this is a fairly basic A5 note pad. Nothing actually wrong with it, but you could do better for the price.

A Nice Little Notebook
This is a nice little A5 notebook. The cover is an attractive design, the paper is cleanly cut and the spiral binding works well. I'd be more inclined to say the paper was "good" quality as opposed to the "high" quality that is stated in the description, but that's pretty subjective. Contrary to the description, mine didn't come with an elastic closer, but it's still a perfectly nice little notebook that is fairly typical of its type.
