Great item replacing one that broke, reasonable price

Just perfect.
I broke my original pot and they have stopped selling this particular model so glad I could buy a replacement pot. Having said that it is very thin and easily broken, But this replacement is as the original.

My husband broke our coffee jug, so I ordered the Replacement, it’s great and exactly like the original, it came really quickly too.

Wrong return payment.
The jug was too wide. The return was immediately agreed with payment returned £26 but in fact only returned me £21.21.
