Sustains energy, packets half full
I have purchased from this retailer twice. The first time, the packets were full, the second time, all of the packets in both boxes were half full. I have been drinking this coffee for quite awhile. It sustains my energy and focus. I don't particularly love the taste, but I doctor it up and it's tastes fine. I gave it 4 stars due to inconsistent packaging.

serious issues with energy & focus
I use "burn & control" every morning so when I saw "energy & focus" I really thought it would be awesome. Unfortunately after using it for about 5 days I started have serious depression issues and I am not a depressed person nor am I on medicine for depression.Now I have 1 box of 18 packets and a full sealed box that I do not know what to do with. Would you consider trading them for the "burn & control"? I have been using burn & control for about 5 years with no side effects.
