Went right over my outside water well, now I can lock it and know nothing will get in it

These are described perfectly in the info. I am using them to prevent kids from dropping rocks into valves that are six feet in the ground. Fit pipe as expected. Love that they can be locked.

Doesn't seal leak tight
Fairly well made is a plus, but gasket doesn't seal great. A better seal and this is A+
