Probably as good as it gets, but not that good, my opinion, and a friend of mine agrees. Good news, my dogs love it.

Not worth any chance of trying cheaper brands with their promises. A.C. Legg is an excellent name and superior quality product.Personally, I make 3 x 21 inch and 2 x 24 inch sausage. I smoke all mine for approximately 9 hours for 3 inch and 5 hours for 2 inch at 205°F consistently. No splits, no bulging and thoroughly cooked to the center. No burning, no failed casing. Perfect!!!Photos are the spice in package, actual spice, raw chicken breast, chicken with spice, spiced chicken breast in casings and final smoked and vacuum sealed 1 hour after smoker. Color is fantastic... taste is off the charts...

Some seasonings are just middle of the road in flavor. So now you want a snack stick that tastes better than a gas station "SJ". This is it! Made right here in the Great state of Alabama. Gosh, wish I was in Mobile for lunch today. Looking across a big plate of fried crab claws, filet gumbo and a cold JAX with those giant thunderheads floating across the sky above the Gulf beyond my table.

I have high blood pressure and stay away from adding salt at table. All the legg products I have used are a great season blend but a little salty for me but may be fine for you. The taste is great on all the legg products if you follow the directions and weigh your meat when mixing!!.

I am learning how to make sausage. Was referred to this product, and it had flavor I am looking for...

I was so disappointed! I use this seasoning all the time and had my meats ready to go in anticipation of the seasoning arrival. It showed up and I had to beat it with a hammer and run it through the blender to salvage just over half. I order several spices to do pepperoni, Italian sausage and Maple Breakfast sausage..All were a waste of so much time and effort. I tossed most and put the meat back in the freezer, until I can get to a store and buy some useable seasonings. :(

This is what I’ve been looking for! Wow! Followed the simple directions for 25 lbs. used all pork. Didn’t even use casings and they came out amazing. Great flavor! Spot on! I did add a ton of fennel seeds cause I like a lot of them in it. Super pleased with the end result. I did finish off on low low heat in grill after they cooled for a few days. Liked the finish doing that. Will buy again.
