BPerfect Pax 3 Concentrate Insert Replacement (2 Pack)

I bought the actual office pax replacement and it was like 45$ for just one. These look and function no differently then the actual licensed ones from pax and you get 2 for like a 1/3 of the price

The oven hoods fit the Pax 3, however the inserts leave a space, do not fit correctly. I have not used it, and actually threw it away. Since it is sold by a third party company, if you have a warranty on your device from the original manufacturer Pax, I would strongly advise you not to purchase it as Pax will not honor anything that goes wrong with your device subsequent to using it! I only put it in my device when I received it, but when I saw that it didn’t fit properly, there was no way that I was going to add anything that would sleep into my device. I still have many years left on my warranty and Pax is great to their customers!!

The metal concentrate insert is too large for the device, so when you try to pull it out you have to pry at each side until it comes out. The black plastic lid hinges that the insert attaches to broke after two uses. The second black plastic lid looks like it is melting and forming with the concentrate insert. I received this package yesterday... Complete waste of money. Would like a refund or functioning products.

When assembled and inserted into the pax 3, there is a 3-5mm gap between the bottom of the pax and the concentrate insert, resulting in an incomplete seal. Further the concentrate oven itself won't stay sealed so your product will leak into the actual oven. Overall China/10.
