Good Needles
These are good needles for sewing pine needle baskets. They are sturdy and long.

Doll needles are do very useful. Most sewers don’t use these because they haven’t had any experience them. They are strong and hive wonderful leverage. Bought three more packages.

Excellent for long, straight, sachiko-like running stiches with heavy thread/floss/twine
I've no idea how doll needles are traditionally used, but these needles are 3+ inches long, reasonably sharp, and well tempered. I found a bit of hand sharpening/polishing improved their cloth piercing and passing. I've used them for putting running stitches of both crochet yarn and cotton packaging string through denim and sweatpants-material. A must for any hand-stitcher's toolkit.

I was in need of longer needle to make some fabric stuffed pumpkins for fall decor. These needles are a must. Works just as I expected.

Great for small stuffed craft sculpting
These are perfect for small doll or "stuffie" sculpting. The lengths range from 3 inches to 3.75 inches. Each needle is a different "gauge" too. The points are very sharp (I found that out the hard way). I did downgrade a star because I do not consider these to be "Extra Long needles with long eyes for doll making, soft sculpture and other crafts". They work great for my small crafts, but larger dolls and "stuffies" I need at least a 5" length needle.

Best needles, ever, for gathering!
I "LOVE" these needles. I use them soley for gathering fabric and these are the bomb. I do so much hand work for bridal dresses and accessories and these needles are my life/career saver. My hands would always cramp when using regular needles and since switching to these needles my hands don't cramp at all and I can literally gather for hours now without pain. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these needles.

Nice big doll needles!
I really like them. They are definitely a bit thick but I think they might not function so well if they were thinner. They definitely make attaching doll arms easier for me!
