I generally like the product but I have been using "natural" cholesterol lowering products for over 20 years. And, unfortunately, due to the products I have used, disappearing from the shelves over the years, I rapidly jump to a new one rather seamlessly, so it is impossible for me to determine the effectiveness of a new product. I will say, though, that my total levels are still below 200.

This nutrient, along with red yeast rice, keeps my cholesterol within range. I was a little high, and my doc wanted to go the lipitor route. I asked if we could give it a few months....he wasn't happy about it, but relented.I assume this combo works for me, because when we re-checked my total cholesterol and my LDL were both in normal range (barely). I will stick with this regimen.

Easy enough to take. No weird taste or smell or side effects. I will update after my next blood panel. My prescribed medications increase cholesterol in my blood, so this was a counter measure.

When I had lab work done about 3 months ago, my cholesterol levels were border line high. My doctor wanted to wait before adding another medication to my list. So I took these for the past month and my levels look so much better now, so I will continue using these. They are easy to swallow, just 2 capsules a day. No stomach issues noted.
