There’s no remote but these products are indeed pretty. I also found the cheaper on another site, so shop around prior to purchase.

This product requires some DIY and tools. I needed a drill and bits to create an area in the plank to tie the jar in. I had to drill 2 holes in the plank on either side of 1 hole it came pre drilled with. Without drilling, there really isn’t a way to secure the jar. I only needed to use 1/4 of both rope types. I used the thin rope to tie the jar and the thick rope to hang it with. You’ll need a staple gun to attach the rope you use to make the hanger at the very top otherwise when you hang it, it will jut out from the wall at the top. I also had to wrap the rope around the knot to hold it in place. It took a few annoying minutes to figure it out but I do like the finished product.

I would have given it 5 stars but one flower was stained. Assembly was super easy. I like that it came with extra batteries. Overal I like them!!!

Cheap product no instructions thin wood no place to put the pack where the batteries are kept hard to flip the switch to the on position was lighter than expected the rope unraveled was kinda hard to figure out did have 2 packs of batteries the light was bright that was ok but wasn't to happy with this product would NOT recommend buy some thing else

nice sconces nice looking just what I wanted for my country kitchen but the battery life doesn't last long.

Wasn’t crazy about putting them together, but they look great. I did hot glue the flowers to the jar. Very pretty
