No real effort to use. Large signs are "double sided" and fit easily into the ground. Signs are not flimsy. Plenty, plenty, plenty of stickers for pricing. This kit is well worth the money.

WOW! This was the most perfect kit with the most perfect price for my garage sale, the signs brought so much traffic to my garage sale, the price stickers are plentiful, I barely used just a few sheets! The price stickers were not as sticky but they stuck enough. Overall I love this kit so much and plan on keeping all the signs and left over stickers for any future garage sales! Well worth the price! Anyone having a garage sale should buy this kit. You won't be disappointed!

Some if the tags ran out due to the pricing, but having the signs available made it very easy to put them out.

Comes with the perfect things for a garage sale! The signs are perfect for rainy weather like we had! The different options for stickers were just what we needed for different items. Highly recommend!!

the packet made it easy to price items, but the sticker prices only go up to $25 and the blank price tags have to be taped on items. The yard sign with stakes are good, sturdy and have a big enough space to put your address or event time in font big enough for people to see, driving by. But, the sign that you have to post, the problem is that the Neon Garage Sale is huge, but the space for you to write time, date, address is small and people can't distinguish what the sign says. Not good for promotion!

The stakes are a little flimsy, but overall this serves its purpose. I wish there was a way I could wipe out to reuse later.
