This is my second one, this is my favorite bulb,but doesn’t have long life span. 2 months last with everyday use. I also noticed that it helped raise my vitamin D levels in addition to supplements. It went up a lot faster than the previous use with supplements alone, and I work nights, sleep during day so this helps when I can’t go outside for sun
