Kenny G - Easy Solos for Saxophone

Got this as a gift for a newbie sax player who needs the exercise for his lungs. I likes this artist.

I have always loved Kenny G's Silhouette. When my son in law and I started a free music program in Washington, DC, I chose to learn how to play the soprano sax not knowing how hard it is to learn how to play. Note: My son in law is the musician and music teacher, I just wrote the grants. Kenny G's music is my inspiration. One day I will be able to play the whole book. Finding good music for the soprano sax can be difficult.

This was a gift for my grandson who plays the saxophone, I wanted him to hear how a master plays. My grandson is very talented and I know he will try to play along ..

I have been listening to Kenny G music for several years, and it is great to finally own a soprano saxophone and play easy versions of his songs. The book is very nice, and I enjoy playing each song.

Forced to review the book. Really amazon? Really?The book is good, i know how to read some notes, not a lot but i can still keep up with this book.

Nice book, not much to it. You have the music and that is all you were asking for. Not for a beginner though good to learn from and practice to.

Book was in terrible condition when it arrived - some smudges inside the front cover and the cover was creased. Not shipping damage, looks like it was previously sold and returned, then resold to me as 'new'. Not worth the hassle of returning. Sheet music content wise, ok.

I understand this is an easy version, but it’s oversimplified or replaced with something else for starters. As a result the song sounds very different from Kenny’s original works…

keyが原曲と違っていたり。（簡単なkeyに変えられている）ソロ部分がカットされていたり。原曲より簡単にアレンジされていたりで買って失敗しました。但し、初心者には良いかも知れません。
