This is a followup to a review I posted 4 days ago, which has somehow fallen down the memory hole. This is more disturbing to me than being out the 43.00. I would love to know who chose to delete my original review, and how often this occurs. The product became completely unresponsive a few days after the return window closed. I spoke with the seller via online chat, and was told I would have to contact the manufacturer via email. I immediately did so, and have had no response whatsoever. The product worked well until it died. It was not abused in any way. I understand the seller and manufacturer are not obligated to do anything for me...however, any reasonable customer service department would have at least acknowledged my email.Update: Buyer finally contacted me by email, offering to help by replacing or refunding the purchase. I have already replaced the item, so I left it to them as to what to do. They have offered a refund. I have added a star to my review, and will add another if the refund is made.

I bought this because I wanted a player that had bluetooth. I have a Zen player that is wired ear buds. This player's instructions are printed so small it's hard to read them witj a magnifing glass . not only can you not read them, but they are very vague on how to down load music to it. I have over 2500 songs on my computer but could not down load any of them to this player. My Zen is a 16gig player and it is only half full, so the new player should hold all of them. I would return this thing but i don't have the orignal packaging so I guess I will have to eat the cost of this thing and find one that comes with instructions that are readable and explain in detail how to down load to it.

Had this for about 8 months before it died. I can say that I am disappointed with this mp3 player. I have many over the years but I expected more for paying nearly $40 for it. Sound quality is fine, but it came with Chinese files on it already, and it already had music on it so I believe it was previously owned.Later it became corrupted so it had many unknown files appear on the device. Some I was unable to delete, but there were dozens of files which appeared with long Chinese character names. I believe that might have been taking up some of the memory and these files may have appeared after I connected the mp3 to my computer.Screen quality is extremely poor, device is easily broken, and the touch buttons had high sensitivity for a few months but after awhile I had to press hard and a few times to get the mp3 to recognize my touch.It's a mediocre, pre-owned device, that is not worth the money. Get something else because I was not happy with this.

It arrived on time and had all the items mentioned. I have had it for about a month and it was working well but then yesterday it suddenly stopped working. I try to turn it on but nothing has happened. So it was good while it lasted but it barely lasted a month. Also I only use when traveling to and from work.

It's a basic music player but has added features. With headphones plugged in you can dial in local FM stereo radio. It plays basic Mp3 files and will also work fine with better sounding FLAC format music files.

This product is INCREDIBLE!! It is WAAAAY better than an iPod, and the best part is the company stands behind their products with an EXCELLENT customer service, especially MIMI. If you are in the market for an MP3 player, do yourself a favor and purchase this one!!! You wont be disappointed

Well built product with many features and great price.

I was not expecting much for $9.99. But i needed a cheap player for my office connected to computer speakers.I was blown away it plays WAV, WMA and FLAC flawlessly. I tried it in my car as well, and the clarity is unbelievable.Its not the best, I have ever heard, but for so little cash I am amazed...Who knows how long it lasts. :)
