Tank full but indicator shows empty.....When trial taken sensor operates....But in actual tank over flowed....

Great product to check water tank levels
The sensors work like a charm... No issues so far... Using for the last 6 months... Sensors check the water level in the overhead tank and switches ON the motor when the level drops below a point and Switches OFF the motor when the tank is full. Got ridden of headache of checking the water tank levels and operating the motor manually. Best value for the money. Wiring for the 3 sensors from the water tank to the point where this device is installed is required. Also requires wiring between this device and the motor. Only sensors and the device are provided.

Reliable Controller. Value for money
This is a very good product. I have been using this for more than six months. Initially, I had set it such that the motor runs for two and half hours a stretch continuously. But later adjusted the space between the upper and lower water level sensors such that the motor does not run continuously for more than 45 minutes. This is to avoid strain on the motor. I did face a problem of motor not switching off automatically after water reaching upper level. Did not understand where the fault was. Decided to change sensor, suspecting defect in sensor. While replacing the sensor, found that sensor wire was cut at some point, hence the malfunctioning. But after setting this right, find this item working very well.Happy with the product. Will recommend it.

Defective design piece
The device doesn't function properly. The look and the build quality is very good.The LED lights for power and water levels work correctly. But it neither starts the motor not start the motor. The replacement supplied by them was also with the same defect.

Good product with flaws
Device is not functioning properly. It worked for three days properly after that it stopped detecting low water level but when you switch to bypass and then to auto mode it detects low water level and motor starts and cuts the motor at OH level properly. Don't know problem is with sensor or device? customer care only works mon to fri 11am to 6pm.

Good product value for money
If you have to save water and electricity too then you have to go for it actually e it's of fully automatic water level controller easy to install and works well the one thing which is negative for that is is all the time when electricity cut off it it starts automatically and runs till the tank full ! this one thing is not good ! the company have to you work on it and make it convenient and reliabile

Using for the last 2 yrs
I'm using this device for the last 2 yrs, it never failed. for me, it's a value for money product. installation is simple if have a little knowledge about electric wiring, anyone can easily install this device by themself. overall my experience is very good at this price point. till now I didn't change any wiring or sensors. It's a worry-free purchase, totally worth it. build quality is good, compact, and looking good.
