I bought these for my twins after getting fed up of them breaking every remote controlled car I bought for them. I was looking for a rugged quality product which would last as my twins are crazy about remote controlled cars. I researched and bought the Tavakkal Remote controlled Monster Truck for them. I've tested it first and my kids have used for a few days now and below are my observations and review for it.Looks, Feel and Functionality:● The Monster Truck came in it's branded box with the truck, the Gun Remote, a little box which contained the High Capacity Lithium rechargeable battery set which goes into the base of the truck and the charging cable.● The Lithium rechargeable batteries are charged outside the truck directly with the provided cable which has a USB to Lithium clip interface. The USB connection has a light which conveniently shows red light till it is charging and goes off when charging is done. The lithium battery needs to be inserted into the compartment on the base of the truck after charging and the battery's cable connected into the slot assigned for it. This needs to be done every time the battery discharges.●The first charge took me 2.5 hours however the next time onwards it just took around 1.5 hours. The first charge gave about 30-35 minutes of usage.● The Gun Remote requires 2 AA batteries which are not provided. Once both the batteries are inserted and switched ON from the truck and gun remote, the truck is ready to be used. A red light glows on the gun Remote as long as the truck is connected or in range.● The Gun Remote has a trigger function with a ringed end for the finger to be inserted into. Pulling the trigger back makes the Truck move forward and pushing the trigger to the front makes it go in reverse. Both movements are comfortable as the finger is in the trigger ring. The remote also has a vertical wheel shaped control on it which controls the left and right steering of the truck.● The Truck itself looks grand. It is a 1:18 scale exact replica of the Rock Crawler RC Monster Truck. Every thing from the graphics designing on it, to the detailing in the drivers cabin, to the spring enforced shockers to the heavy tread tyres make it look awesome and realistic just like the real thing. It looks rugged and is heavy at more than a kilo. Still a comfortable weight for the kids to handle.● The movement of the truck is brisk and fast. Both forward and back. The truck moves aggressively and has load of power and deep tyre treads which makes it climb almost anything in its path upto a angle of 50%. Indoors, I have surprisingly seen it do a back flip when it encountered a sofa. The tyres are not hard plastic but soft rubber tyres which are under-inflated to help it get a good grip. I'm surprised at the detailing and realism of the truck.● The truck runs across all surfaces unlike other remote cars. Concrete, Marble and tile are great, but it shows it true power off-road, on metalled road, unpaved road, grass in garden or just plain dirt, gravel or over stones and pebbles. Needless to say, I am impressed.● The Truck is waterproof. All essential electricals and parts are protected against water and it will work after running through puddles and a couple of inches of water. Obviously don't try it in a bathtub or pool as I'm sure it will be a problem.● The powerful 2.4Ghz powerful remote means that the truck is always in range. I've seen the kids running meters behind the truck in the park but have not noticed the truck going out of range till now. The kids being so excited that they keep running around it all the time rather than testing it range. I think its sufficient for most purposes.The twins are using the Tavakkal Remote controlled Monster Truck quite extensively for the last few days. So far no problem despite them dropping it a couple of times and using it roughly. I am satisfied with my purchase and feel that the Monster truck is a quality product which is rugged and strong, looks realistic and attractive, durable and most importantly provides hours of entertainment to my kids. I will recommend it without hesitation as my kids are thrilled with it.

HEY HELLO GUYS...I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE SOME HELPFUL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ABOVE PRODUCT:Features:This is a really great and awesome toy for everyone.This crawler or a monster truck made up of the very good quality material.This monster truck is very rough and tough that you can do lots of stunts with it.The design and structure of this monster truck are the same as that of the real monster truck.The built-quality of this monster truck is very good.The power of this monster truck is very high that it climbs nearly every obstacle.To control this monster truck, you get the joystick remote with which you can move this toy.Controlling this monster truck is very easy.The controls of this monster truck are very precise and work perfectly.To charge the batteries of the monster truck they also provide the charger with it.Playing with this monster truck is really great fun.I also posted the video and pictures so, you guys can see my experience and joy playing this monster truck.The monster truck comes in very good quality packaging and also arrives in time.How To Start The Monster Truck:It is very easy to start this monster truck, you just need one screwdriver. With the help of the screwdriver open the battery panel of the car which is located under the car near ON/OFF button. Then inside it, you will see the batteries of the car. You just have to plug the pin of the battery inside the pin of the car and just placed the battery inside it and close that battery panel. Then just turn "ON" the car. By that way, you can start the car.For the remote controller, you need to follow the same steps. Open the battery panel, but this time you need two cells to start the remote. Hence buy two rechargeable cells so you can use them for a long time and it'll be convenient for you.Bad Points:There are no technical faults in this monster truck.There is no guide book for this monster truck, so must provide it.Also, for the remote controller, you have to buy your own two cells so, if possible then please provide two cells.HOPE SO, THIS REVIEW IS HELPFUL FOR YOU GUYS...ENJOY YOUR PRODUCT...!!!

Kindly read this review if you're planning to buy this product.I've been a fan of remote control toys since I was a kid and wanted to try this and order it.The Product-*It looks rigid and cool.*The tires look very sturdy and built for offroading.*The vehicle is indeed a Rock Crawler.*It comes with a remote control which helps in forward-backward and rotary motion.*The torque of the vehicle is really good.*It climbs on rocks and even steps pretty easily.*Plastic used is not of very good quality.Overall Verdict-I'm happy with the rock crawling capacity of the item.

The Product is good, sturdy and responsive. However, it is not an original Rock crawler simply because the remote control is Go-NOGo type whereas a Rock crawler requires speed control. This is a good car for off-road racing. But If you really want to buy a Rock crawler, then buy a car with Proportional remote control.

Fantastic rock crawler , product is as described , please note it come with random colour. Got the blue which is also very good.

Really Frustrating...have return the product two time... received faulty product both the time.1st attempt - Damage product2nd attempt - Charger faulty3rd - Now waiting for replacement....! Hope this time Amazon delivers the right n working productThanks

While the product is good, one can hardly use it for 20 minutes on a full charge. For charging, you have to take the battery out by opening the battery compartment and then charge separately. Would have been really useful if the charging was possible within the car itself. The additional steps renders the car almost useless.
