Will ruin your mattress
This bedframe has caused me a lot of problems. The middle rail is lower than the side rails so the mattress sinks in the middle. I literally bought my son a new mattress because I thought there was something wrong with the mattress but when I put the mattress on the floor, it went back into shape. I am now buying a new bed frame for a new mattress, $500+ of unnecessary spending.

great frame, no slatted bed base included
The bed frame itself ifs great, however this package does not come with slatted bed base. Looking through Ikea's website all of their beds do. Since this was higher priced than Ikea I was expecting all items to be included, hence the 3 star review.Also, this bed is raw pine so I recommend sealing it, I got a spray sealer and did it in an afternoon.
