Tastes pretty good with HWC.
Mixed with 4oz of heavy whipping cream in a Blender Bottle, adding about 6oz of cold water, shaking vigorously, then adding another 6oz cold water and shaking again makes a pretty good drink.Definitely, if youβre doing Keto or NSNG or Carnivore, and you like an occasional BarStucks type sweet coffee-flavored drink, and itβs either break and order pizza or do something else, this is a pretty good option. Two downsides:1. Itβs way expensive. $70 2 years ago, $100 now. Thatβs about a 45% increase in cost.2. Splenda/Sucralose. Come on, guys, use something else. If you had used Stevia or monk fruit extract, I could see the cost increase being justified. Splenda has a metabolic impact; yes, itβs a zero-calorie sweetener and canβt be metabolized, but studies are showing that the pancreas still gets real hyped and blurts out insulin. Not good.

Keto chow made a good ice cream with the ninja creamy
The first and most important thing to mention is that keto chow did not cause me any digestive trouble! I tend to have trouble with whey protein but not with milk products. This contains milk protein not whey protein like most other protein shakes. I know it's not the sweetener so I'm assuming it's the whey protein that causes digestive distress.I would suggest adding a little more sweetener when your going to freeze it because freezing anything reduces the sweetness. To sum it all up it's a good product tastes good a little bit out of my price range. I probably will buy it again, just not as often as I would like.

It's just good stuff
To be honest I had doubts. It tastes good and keeps my full until the next meal. I'm a paramedic on the go and fast food killed my gut. This was a great alternative.

Does what itβs supposed to do
This does make you feel full and satisfied for a while. I used unsweet coconut milk to mix. It has a thick consistency which I think is a plus to make it more filling. I would compare the taste to the smell of play doh. That could be from mixing with coconut milk so next time I will try with other things to improve the taste.

OMG So Good!
Bought this to try after I saw a Facebook add for Keto Chow. I didn't want to buy a ton of them and find out I didn't like them. This has been the closest thing to a milkshake that I have had since on Keto. I am so glad I was able to try it!I mixed mine with 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and the rest water in a shaker bottle. I placed it in the fridge overnight and OH MY GOD... I felt like a bad person for having a milkshake at breakfast but it was HEALTHY!!I plan on buying LOTS more! So good & filling. Definitely satisfied my sweet cravings too!

Taste great
Taste great with almond milk but the price for 1 little packet is crazy. Needs to be cheaper.

Tastes like cake batter!!πππ
It feels like I'm eating cake batter for breakfast. This is the best meal replacement I've ever had. If I could go back in time and tell my 5 year old self that one day ill be able to have milkshakes for breakfast I wouldn't believe it. It is a little pricey so I don't get them that often. If the manufacturer could cut there prices in half I'd be Eating this stuff atleast twice a day.
