Q: What sizes of power bank fits?

I bought a ZMI PowerPack 10K, which is 5 × 2.71 × 0.5 in (127 × 69 × 12.7 mm) and it's a very snug fit. Anything smaller than that should be fine.

Q: Will this fit snug to my handlebars without the optional power bank?

Yes. If there is a major concern about stability, buy the model designed for "just the phone". Wether installing the power bank of not I wish the four straps were deeper. So with or without the power bank it's best to keep an eye on your phone to ensure it stays secure on all four corners.
