I needed a utensil to make substitute sides for the slices of bread usually used for frittata sandwiches. So egg frittata circle then ham and then egg frittata circle. It works beautifully for that purpose. They are also great for cutting cookie dough and slab frosting circles. I'm certain I'll find many other uses for this tool.
