Really works - Five stars
I have been doing yoga and pilates for 3 months and I have a problem with slipping on the ground. After I have purchased this product the problem has been solved and I could start to push myself better on the ground.This product made it easier to move with its toeless design.The fabric and stitch are better than my expectation. Also the product contains cotton which provides extra comfort to my feet.About gloves, especially they are very useful in some yoga poses and do not sweat my hand.Thank you for this product.

Great for Yoga Beginners
If you're just starting out with yoga, these are fine but once you're more comfortable, the socks make transitions really difficult. The gloves aren't perfect, they kind started hurting in between my fingers after a couple weeks use, BUT, worth the money and they did help get me where I want to be in yoga.

I am disappointed in this product
The gripie dots are coming off the gray pair after two uses. I am disappointed in this product.
