Review: Diamond conpound - I used my DA with the compound I bought from desertcart. Let me tell you, these is the first time I tried polishing scratches and sweeps and it was a very easy diy product and the results were very satisfying. The car scratches are gone and it has a nice sheen. Very proud of myself after watching several videos on you tube. At first I was nervous but let me tell you I will finish these weekend and then I will be buying paint to do my rims. I highly recommend any one trying desertcart's products and do it yourself.

**Q: will this fix a very small but deep stone nick that took the paint off on my new toyota ?**
A: It sounds like you are describing a rock chip that has gone through the paint.  That would require touch up paint and then compounding.  No compound will work on rock chips because there has to be paint left in the area to work with.  Once something goes through the paint compounding will not work as it can’t replace missing material.

**Q: Does this use fillers to hide or does it actually remove the blemishes?**
A: No, it actually removes defects.

**Q: Can you use this on a fiberglass boat and trailer?**
A: If applied with a rotary buffer yes, but depending on the condition of the surface and your desire results there my be better options.

**Q: Will this get rid of scratches...but will not remove paint**
A: You cannot remove scratches without removing some paint. Depending on which compound you choose, it will take more or less paint off. In addition, you do need a quality buffer to do the job.  Doing it by hand, is much too hard. Good luck!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect - Just work on a small area and quickly

This product works well with a rotary buffer. The only problem occurred when trying to cover too large of an area (the clear coat globbed up in places and dried causing a lot of effort to make a smooth surface - so only work on 1-2 square feet at a time - it was my mistake trying to cover a large area at one go). On the areas where I worked only a small space at a time, the product gave excellent results with very little effort (caused overconfidence leading to working too large of an area at once). Just keep the work area small, and this product works well.
