It was difficult to put together and the neck support part bend the neck to far forward and is uncomfortable.
It was difficult to put together and the neck support part bend the neck to far forward and is uncomfortable. I had to put a big pillow to support my back on so my neck wouldn't be crunched forward like a prison guard is forcing my neck forward the whole time I'm sitting on it. The design as far as this goes and assembly need to be reviewed.
