It works as promised.
I bought this for a friend to upgrade his Dell Precision T3500 from the W3503 (the W in this case stands for WEAK) that came with it. It's a 6-core, 12-thread processor. If he had a better motherboard it would probably be overclockable to 4GHz, but he doesn't. It's okay, I just wanted something to give him a taste of PC gaming but TBH he's probably going to use it to surf pron mostly anyway.

Great deal for legacy pc
I have a Dell Precision T3500, this was a helpful upgrade since changing my NVidia the original cpu was too out of date for my control panel app to run. This is a good temp upgrade until I can afford better!
