Good quality and easy to use
This is a good quality kettle and holds a decent quantity of water despite it's compact size. The lid, though made of plastic, does not seem to be cheap. I did see a few reviews indicating that the cord length is small, but the length seems sufficient, as long as you have an accessible plug point in the kitchen. It takes approximately a little more than 4 minutes to boil a full kettle of water which is pretty much comparable to other top foreign brands like Black & Decker for example. It's a good buy and I definitely recommend the same.

stopped working after exactly a year
It worked fine for a year. But now it has suddenly stopped working even though I used it just an hour ago. Very unfortunate. Its like it was created to last only a year. Maybe other brands might be more durable and long lasting.

Product is good and easy to use, But....
This product is good in look and shape and it is easy to use. I recently bought this item and using since than. The stains have come inside even I wiped it that with dry cotton cloth and they are not going; I'm avoiding using vim/pril liquid to wash and unable to remove these stains. If anybody can help me on this, it will be helpful.Cord length is not a long as it mentioned in description. Also boiled water smells of its mettle which sometimes feels bad. Don't know whether only I'm facing these problems or some more are there.

Terrible Plastic smell in water and leakage - defeats the reason for buying SS heater
Please read till end, to understand my experience.I have been using this product for ten days now.Pros:- OK build quality, feels sturdy- Cable quality good- Minor staining at the bottom of the pan due to coilCons: - Cord length falsified on the description of product. says 1.6m, we get less than 1 m. - WATER STINKS OF PLASTIC AFTER HEATING. - The lid is made of plastic, and even if the entire body is made of steel, when we boil water, the steam causes plastic lid to leach into the water and there is a terrible plastic smell from the water. It is as if the kettle is made of non-food grade plastic. - The smell of plastic is so strong that coffee made with the hot water also stinks of the plastic. To be clear, we use the hot water in a cup to mix coffee, and did not pour coffee into the kettle. - THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF BUYING A SS PRODUCT IS TO AVOID PLASTIC CONSUMPTION, ESPECIALLY WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES, AS IT IS VERY EASY TO LEACH INTO WATER - Steam accumulates on the lid and leaks down the handle to the base. In the beginning i thought the body is leaking, however, when i left it overnight full of water, no water leaked. However, whenever I boiled water, there was leakage, and i looked thoroughly to find that the leakage is through the lid - the steam condenses on the lid and water leaks down via the lid, through the handle and drips down wetting the electric wires inside the handle, leading to short circuit. there is high risk of electrocution as well.My verdict: don't buy this one. go for better one, with better metal insulation.N.B.: Currently i am trying to heat water with the lid open, which causes splatter of water from the boiling, will update with results, whether i am able to get non plastic stinking boiled water from this. - more updates coming up.
