pod fit for caffitaly/Tchibo coffee machine refillable capsules reusable coffee filter fit for Tchibo coffee maker

Ordered this reusable capsule to complement a new Caffitaly SO7. It arrived promptly but was not sealed, the only item in the carton was the capsule it's self. So it was returned. I ordered the identical item from another source. it arrived in tact, capsule, cleaning brush and instructions. It works flawlessly, for the coffee grounds we use, it is necessary to compress the grounds as the capsule have a less capacity than K-cups. These are also sold with the tool for that purpose. A bit over priced, but excellent quality. One reason to have a reusable capsule is to try the hundreds of coffee & teas that are found in K-Cups and other pods. Cut them open and dump in the capsule to sample them. It also offers some relief for the expensive CBTL capsules.

First off, the construction is great. That said, the pod is so much smaller than a caffitaly pod that I can actually fit the entire steel pod INSIDE an empty CBTL pod. That size difference means there's no way to fill it with enough coffee for a strong enough cup. Shame, it's a nice pod otherwise.I haven't used it for esperesso yet. I'd think a corto instead of a lungo might come out okay, but measurements are all off, so...?

Would not purchase again. The capsule is heavy and with the espresso in, it is even more so. It keep falling through my cbtl machine. Not pleased with this purchase. Also there is no filter for the top and the filter on the bottom is not as good as it could be. Sorry, but it’s the truth.

this thing works great. Hold it in place with your finger form the bottom and it loads great. Its heavy stainless and will last forever. and how can you give it a one star rating for not fitting a Starbucks machine? Its not supposed to. I works great in the Cafitaly it is designed for. Great purchase.

WARNING! If you are buying these in the hope that they will work in your Starbucks Verismo, DO NOT PURCHASE! The bottom of the caps will fit into the machine, but the top will damage the top prongs and do not allow the handle to completely close. You will damage your Verismo and void any warranty.

This thing is exactly what I was looking for for almost two years . Now I can brew my own coffee in my cbtl caffitaly pod coffee maker . Why don’t they sell more like this?

The capsule got stuck in my machine and I had to take it apart to get it out. Lucky I am good at fixing things! I wouldn't buy again.

The pod is too heavy and keeps falling before you can put it in place. But the worst part is that the coffee doesn't pour out.The machine keeps trying to pour the coffee out but it gets stuck in the pod, which doesn't happen with normal caffitaly pods.total waste of money.

I am trying to still get used to it IE: how much coffee to use. Very bitter.
